Bruxelles is anchored by locally renowned European Chef Partner Roland Olah, and a realization of his dream to one day have his own restaurant. Bruxelles is a gathering place for the SONO neighborhood.


We are a European inspired Brasserie that serves scratch cuisine focused primarily on the flavors of France & Belgium, but also featuring the best of other European offerings.


Chef Roland’s philosophy “I think there’s a trust you need to have with people who come to eat. If I don’t ‘feel’ the dish, I won’t make it. If it’s 50-50 I won’t put it on the menu. I will only put dishes on my menu that make me feel passionate to cook them every single time The quality has to be there, no good days and bad days. It has to be the same, every time.”
